I was privileged to spend time on this famous golf course before the 2008 U.S. Women’s Open.
In the process I determined the subjects for a series of miniature watercolors. Each painting is a complete composition that may be painted in a larger format.
In 2009 and 2010 I participated in the Chicago International Miniature Show. I discovered a world of collectors who value the concept that less is more and that they wanted to own a “tiny treasure.”
This piece would be a stunning addition. A storytelling, and a history for the country club itself or for any art collection.

Honoring my husband Ben’s amazing golf through the years. Five! Yes, five aces total on these three holes. Four of them at Wayzata Country Club in Wayzata, MN, and one at Northland Country Club in Duluth, MN. Finally, I surprised him with a piece to hang proudly in his office.
